 A new patent filing from Apple was made public today which details the possibility of using an e-ink display instead of an OLED touch panel for the Touch Bar on the new MacBook Pros.  While Apple’s biggest vendor Foxconn is at least warming up to the idea of bringing some of iPhone production back to the United States, other Chinese vendors of Apple have completely shied away from the possibility of setting up manufacturing units in the country.
